We needed some electrical work for a kitchen remodel. Saw good reviews and called and spoke with Todd. Made an appointment...no show. Called him again and made a second appointment for the following week. Once again, no show with no notice. Texted him. He then replied 30 minutes later with an unlikely excuse regarding a wind storm emergency. There was no recent wind storm. He may be a great electrician, however my experience was that he was extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Professional, timely, inexpensive compared to other contractors, and incredibly friendly. We had a surprise come from our city’s inspector after we bought our house a few months ago that some of the items one of the previous owners had worked in were not within code compliance. Everyone, including the city was pretty understanding of our scenario. Todd came out same day (Friday) so quote us on the necessary repairs, and was able to fit us in for an urgent fix next business day (Monday) so everything would be fixed as quickly as possible to avoid any prolonged service interruption from the city. Definitely recommend.

Our power died for one circuit in our home. I thought that it was likely a defective breaker since it had not tripped. I called Bond Electric based on the reviews and spoke with Todd. We scheduled an appt for 2 days later, but he asked several questions about the electrical panel and the nature of the problem we were having. He did not believe it was a breaker and suggested several things to check. When I reported back to him an hour later he told me what he thought the problem was and how to fix it. He was correct and it was a simple fix. My third call was to thank him and offer payment for his time. He declined and said to just send him a Starbucks card and write a review. Done & Done. Clearly knows his stuff and very professional.

I am a renter and our landlords chose Bond Electric when there were some issues at the house. I'm so glad they did! Todd Bond came out, took a look, gave an estimate and started work the next week. He spent two days replacing the breaker panel, the outside meter and the pole that supports the wires from the street on the roof. He worked his tail off - 10 hours a day with no breaks. The wiring in the new breaker panel is a work of art - it is THAT beautifully done. He was professional and polite, explained everything that he was doing, checked every step of the system and did a flawless repair. I am extremely confident in the work he did and appreciate his incredibly high-quality work. I would completely recommend him to anyone and will go back to him for any electrical work I may need in the future. Also, he's just a really nice guy!
